For properties that have been published in a portal, many portal inquiries are received from interested parties. The processing of inquiries – checking and creating addresses, assigning supervisors, possibly answering with an brochure – takes time.

With onOffice’s request manager, you can automate this process – so processing almost works by itself.

After the setup, you can track the individual requests and their status via the dashboard widget “Request manager – Overview”
