For properties that have been published in a portal, many portal inquiries are received from interested parties. Processing the requests – checking and creating contacts, assigning supervisors, possibly responding with an brochure – takes time.
With the onOffice request manager you automate this process – so that the processing almost works by itself.
After setup, use the Dashboard widget “Request Manager – Overview” to track individual requests and their status.
