Deals will be the new control center of onOffice enterprise. Here, acquisition and marketing are intelligently linked and you can map the entire sales process of a property in your company. This way, you always have an overview of your business.
Your advantages:
- Transparency: With the pipelines in the Deals module, you can transparently map your sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract. You have the option of displaying different procedures (e.g. between rental and sales or in different teams) in separate pipelines.
- Structure: You can define suitable phases in each pipeline. The individual deals go through these phases in the course of the sales process. This means you always have an overview of the stage a deal is at.
- Quality: With the help of checklists (incl. mandatory tasks) in the individual phases, you ensure that no important step in the process is skipped.
- Efficiency: Monitoring processing times helps to identify delays immediately and proactively drive processing forward as required.
- Connectivity: Deals form the link between a property and the associated prospects (contacts) in enterprise. This allows them to see at a glance who is interested in which property and also how far the prospect is already in the marketing process.
