The onOffice enterprise edition saves you work thanks to the numerous templates. Whether you need templates for PDF brochures, email templates, app questionnaires or the use of macros – we always strive to speed up your workflow.
With templates you define the content and design of a letter. Once you have created a template, you can use it directly in onOffice for your correspondence.
Macros are used to automatically insert data from the property or address directly into the letter. This reduces processing time and is less prone to errors. In addition to the data, you can include macros for appointments (e.g. time windows).
