In the onOffice enterprise edition you use formulas to calculate certain fields. In many cases onOffice enterprise already contains the necessary calculation formulas.
If required, you can calculate the required values yourself using a formula, for example, if an additional service is added to the basic rent and service charges (such as cleaning or maintenance service). In this case the warm rent should indicate the total costs.
You can also use individual fields to use functions that calculate with date, shorten texts or round up or down number fields.
On the following pages, we will show you by means of many application examples, which operations can be performed with formulas.
