Use the user administration to create new users with your specific data and settings and determine the respective rights. In addition, user templates can be created and membership of groups and the success cockpit can be configured.

Notice:
If an editor opens the view, their user data record is opened directly. The detour via the user list is skipped, as an editor may only edit their own user settings.
