Use property / contact statistics

On the property / contact statistics can be displayed, for example, information about the origin of the portal requests, the costs for communication or the assigned properties.

In addition, these graphics can also be activated for owner reporting. This allows you to showthe owner certain activities graphically.

The basis for the evaluation is always the entries in the agent’s log or in the activities of the data record in which you are currently located. Widgets display the contacts or properties, only those that the logged-in user is allowed to see.

Based on the assigned type of actions, action categories, characteristics and the contacts or properties linked to them, the number of entries etc. is counted and displayed in diagram or table form. Switching between tabular and graphical display is done via the icons / in the widget frame.

In the statistics for assignments (for example, the list of interested parties who have confirmed the revocation), which are available as a table, you can call up the list of counted data records as a search result list by clicking on the icon  in the widget frame.

For these statistics, in addition to the entries from the agent’s log / activities, the list of manually assigned interested parties / properties is also counted.

Please remember, these widgets only display the contacts or properties that the registered user is allowed to see.

When you open the tab, the evaluation is updated, but you can also use the update  icon in the widget frame.

The content of the property / contact statistics is managed centrally. Please tell your administrator about your wishes and suggestions for further statistics.

Note to administrators: via the table icon in the upper right corner of this view, you only adjust your own list configuration for the respective widget. To customize the list in general for all users, configure the columns in the administration under “Lists / Forms >> Configure from: Lists >> Module: Contacts >> List: Dashboard widget lists”. The configuration then applies to all contact widgets.
