Special features Idealista

Idealista only accepts direct download links via the API interface. This means that you cannot simply transfer the link to a YouTube video or another streaming platform, but have to store the video file on a platform (we know from experience that it works with Google Drive and One Drive) and then convert the link to the file into a download link.

Google Drive

1. Add a file (video) to Google Drive and click on “Share” in the top right-hand corner. Select the option “Anyone who has the link: Viewer”. Copy the link.
2. Open https://sites.google.com/site/gdocs2direct/. Paste the copied link into the “Enter your sharing URL” field. Click on “Create Direct Link”. Copy the “Output link”.
3. Open the property in onOffice. Open the “Files” tab and create a new file using the plus in the top left-hand corner. Select Movie link as the file type and Video Idealista as the file title, for example. Paste the copied “Output link” into “Destination (URL)” and save the new file.
4. Next, click on the pencil next to the video file. Scroll to the “Publication” section at the bottom right. Check ONLY “Idealista.es (API)” and save the file again.
5. Now you can easily transfer the video to Idealiste.
