To create a new appointment, either click on the “New record” icon , click on “Enter appointment” in the action bar, or select the exact time directly by double-clicking within the calendar.
In the pop-up dialog for the appointment, the input fields are divided into tabs and categories. In the “Basic data” tab, you can enter the appointment data and users, as well as link additional addresses, properties or projects. Reminders and recurrences as well as the “Private” label can be found in the “Options”tab. You can storefiles in the tab of the same name.
The other tabs can only contain data after the appointment has been created, so they are not explained further here.
