Useful dates

Important Changes and actions in the data records are recorded in the agents log or in the activities. In some cases you want to see the date quickly and easily instead of searching in the agents log/activities. Often only the first or last action is of interest. For some of them it is possible to enter the corresponding date in a field in the record

Useful date values for addresses

With the address filter you can filter the addresses comfortably according to these date fields. These fields can also be used for statistical evaluations with the statistics module .

Some of them are presented here. As a rule, you must activate the fields in administration . Please select “Addresses” as module and “Administration” as category.

Last appointment supervisor: The last entered appointment from the calendar is displayed here. “Last” is an appointment that took place today or earlier. Canceled appointments are not counted. No future appointments will be displayed

Useful dates for properties

With the property filter you can easily filter the property by these date fields. These fields can also be used for statistical evaluations with the statistics module .

Some of them are presented here. As a rule, you must activate the fields in administration . Please select “Real Estate” as module and “Administration” as category.

First set: The date on which the property was first published in a portal is entered here. If the property has been removed from all portals and will be reset later, the date will be replaced by the “new” one.
offline since: The date on which the property was deleted from the last portal is entered here. If the property has been removed from all portals and is reinstated later, will the date be emptied? After then again out of all, the date is then set.
Last price change: Here the date is entered, on which the last price change (purchase, rent, lease or leasehold) was accomplished
