Marketplace – Create account

The Marketplace is ready for use as soon as you have set up a client account. For this purpose you have to register your payment method with our payment service provider (Mangopay). A certified payment service provider manages the payment flows and is legally required.

With a client account you can already place orders via the Marketplace. If required, a user account can be set up for individual users or a group account for user groups, which are then used to invoice the orders. The creation of additional accounts can only be done by an administrator.

To set up the client account, as an administrator, click Marketplace >> Set up client account in the menu bar. A popup opens, which guides you through the further steps.
