Marketplace – Create account
The Marketplace is ready for use as soon as you have set up a client account. For this purpose you have to register your payment method with our payment service provider (Mangopay). A certified payment service provider manages the payment flows and is legally required.
With a client account you can already place orders via the Marketplace. If required, a user account can be set up for individual users or a group account for user groups, which are then used to invoice the orders. The creation of additional accounts can only be done by an administrator.

To set up the client account, as an administrator, clickin the menu bar. A popup opens, which guides you through the further steps.
In the first step, you determine which users or user groups are allowed to use the general client account and post services from the individual providers.
Please note that the user who creates the client account is also directly linked to this account. At least one user must be assigned to the client account before you can continue with the setup.
