Prospects of subordinate units

If you use the multi-property module , i.e. work with master properties and units , you can also display the prospects of subordinate units on the prospect tab of a master property.

Setting “Hide prospects from units”

To activate this setting, open the list tab configuration on the “Automatic assignment” tab or an individually created tab with “Automatic assignment” mode.

Remove the tick from the setting “Hide prospects from units” .

List configuration: “Linked units”

The “Linked units” column can be displayed via the   list configuration. This allows you to quickly gain an overview of prospects from subordinate units.

The “Linked units” column can be sorted alphanumerically to provide a quick overview of the units concerned.

Notice: This column is only visible in the Automatic assignment tab or in separate tabs that are set to “Auto.” mode. Assignment” are set.

Presentation of prospects of subordinate units

Now the prospects of all subordinate units are also displayed in gray font . Prospects who also match the master property are shown in black – the checkbox for further actions is active. 

If the prospect has already received a brochure for a subordinate unit or has canceled, the entries appear pale green or pale red.

No direct actions are possible for prospects from subordinate units – the checkbox is grayed out. To carry out actions, switch to the corresponding subordinate unit. This is opened directly in the prospects tab.

The matched units can be accessed via the hover icon . Clicking on the icon opens a popover that takes you directly to the corresponding unit.
