Which and how many steps your aquise process contains is individual and can be configured by you. All inactive statuses are displayed. The prerequisite is that you have activated the extended property status (Status2)(Administration >> Input fields >> Module: Property / category: Technical data).
Admin menu
The admin menu in the title bar of the Acquisition Cockpit takes you directly to the appropriate places in the administration to make all the settings for the Acquisition Cockpit. However, you can also access the jobs as usual via the menu Extras >> Settings >>Administration
Aquisestatus
If the extended property status has been activated, several extended statuses are now available for the previous inactive status. You can find these in the administration under Administration >> Single selection >> Property module >> Key field Status2 or extended status or the entry that corresponds to the selected field name.
You can add further statuses here and assign the appropriate name. Please select the “Inactive” entry in the “Status” column as the “Basic status” and check the Active checkbox.
The acquisition process now results automatically from all status values that are coded to the basic status “inactive”. You can move the new status using the arrows in the penultimate column so that it is in the right place between the other inactive statuses in the order of the acquisition process.
Property information
You can display the most important information on the left in the acquisition cockpit under the property image. You can enter up to 4 fields for display here.
Acquisition management
On the right side, you can enter 5 fields. They are intended to control the acquisition process. You can save the values directly in the property.
