Settings

Which and how many steps your aquise process contains is individual and can be configured by you. All inactive statuses are displayed. 
The prerequisite is that you have activated the extended property status (Status2)(Administration >> Input fields >> Module: Property / Category: Technical specifications).

Admin menu

The admin menu in the title bar of the Acquisition Cockpit takes you directly to the appropriate places in the administration to make all the settings for the Acquisition Cockpit. However, you can also access the jobs as usual via the menu Extras >> Settings >>Administration

Aquisestatus

If the extended property status has been activated, several extended statuses are now available for the previous inactive status. You can find these in the administration under Administration >> Singleselect >> Module Property >> Key field Status2 off or the entry that corresponds to the selected field name.

You can add further statuses here and assign the appropriate name. Please select the entry “inactive” as “basic status” in the column “Status” and check the checkbox Active.

The acquisition process now automatically results from all status values that are keyed to the basic status “inactive”. You can move the new status with the arrows in the penultimate column so that it is in the appropriate place between the other inactive statuses in the sequence of the acquisition process.

Property Info

On the left in the Acquisition Cockpit, you can display the most important information under the property picture. You can specify up to 4 fields for display here.

Acquisition control

On the right side, you can specify 5 fields. They are intended to control the acquisition process.  You can save the values directly in the property.
