Property tracking management

Property tracking administration is the “former administration interface” and can only be activated by administrators as a user right. The original functions for creating and managing accesses are still available. However, we recommend that you create and manage the accesses using the address data records.

The administration is opened via the menu item Action >> Property actions >> Property tracking.

Next, select an entry that you want to edit. With a click on the trash can symbol Mülleimersymbol the access is deleted.

You can also edit the access (click on the icon Bearbeiten Symbol), whereupon the account details as well as the list of the assigned properties are displayed.

You can now edit the property list, for example, by choosing the Assign New Real Estate Property icon Eigentumsobjekte zuordnen.
