Assign user

Assign a user to the e-mailbox

To have access to a e-mailbox in onOffice enterprise, it must be assigned to a user. Two people are depicted to the right of the e-mailbox. If you click on the person with the +, you will get the possibility to select a user. Then click on the disk to save the assignment.

Several users can get access to one e-mailbox, just repeat the process for the additional users.
