Statistics settings
Who can use the statistics module? Which user may evaluate which data records? What type of templates (private / office group / public) is the person allowed to save? These and other settings are defined in the rights settings of the individual user.
Here is the description of the rights settings for the two variants of the statistics toolkit.
Authorization to use the statistics board is granted using the checkbox in the “Statistics” category. This allows the user to see the statistics module in the module bar on the left and open the statistics board.
For which other users may the logged-in user evaluate data records? This is regulated via “Visible statistics”.
The user group for which the user may save statistics templates is defined via the “Manage widget configurations” option in the “Statistics” category.

Assigned configuration
A tab with predefined content can be assigned to users in the statistics board.
This tab is displayed as the first tab and cannot be changed by the user.
The “Configure statistics” user right determines whether the user is allowed to create or configure new statistics tabs in the dashboard. However, statistics tabs that are distributed via the “Assigned configuration” are excluded from the right to manage configurations. This also applies to any subsequent revocation of user rights.

Assigned configuration
In the dashboard, 2 tabs with predefined content can be assigned to users . These can contain either onlydashboard widgets or only statistics widgets.
These tabs are displayed as the first and second tab and cannot be changed by the user.
Please note: Only records that the logged-in user can see are counted. If a user has access to the statistics toolbox, they should also be able to see all data records for their group or company.
EXCEPTION: If a template with saved values is used, then the user of the template will see the same numbers as the user who created the template! Only numbers are displayed, no access to the counted records is possible.
