Defer tasks

A colleague or customer is on vacation and you can’t work on a task until they return? You can schedule the task for a later date using the Deferred input field. This resets the task to a date + time you have specified.

If the status “Not completed, not deferred” is selected in the task list, the deferred task is no longer displayed. At the specified time, the status under Details automatically changes from “On hold” to “In progress” and the task reappears in the task list and can be edited by you again.
