In the list view, you can display all tasks or only those for the selected user. If you are looking for a specific task, use the Quicksearchtask search in the sidebar.
If you move the mouse over a user shortcut in the list view of the tasks, further information about the respective user is displayed, such as name, email address, telephone number. This also works for other lists such as the property list, address list, etc.
Overview
In order for there to be an entry in the ‘Company’ column, at least one address record must be linked to the task in the task. If several addresses are linked to the task, the entry ‘Company’ is taken from the first data record and displayed in the column.
The display is divided into four tabs: “All tasks”, “without agents”, “my tasks” and “distributed tasks”.
All tasks Shows you all tasks entered for your user, both tasks for which you are entered as the responsible person and tasks for which you are the editor.
Without agent Shows you tasks that do not have an agent.
Selected agent Shows you tasks for which the user selected above is in charge or has been selected as agent.
Distributed Tasks Shows you tasks that you have distributed to other users.

Color explanation
The font color and background of the tasks in the list view varies depending on their status. For example, tasks that a user has completed 100% but have not yet been entered as “completed” are displayed in blue font color. The red color of the deadline is already displayed 3 days before the deadline to show the urgency.
