onOffice enterprise assigns emails sent and received in the email administration directly to known address data records. Thanks to the assignment, activity entries are automatically created for the emails.
emails to assigned properties – e.g. for portal inquiries – are automatically entered in the agent’s log and are therefore reliably recorded. The manual assignments are also entered in the activities / agent’s logs.
You can assign a project to an email if at least one address or one property is linked to the email. For this you need the project management module.
