onOffice enterprise assigns emails from / to known address records directly in the email management. The assignment directly creates activity entries.
When properties are assigned – e.g. in portal inquiries – they are automatically entered in the agent’s log and are thus reliably recorded. The manual assignments are also entered in the activities / agent’s logs.
You can associate a project with an email if at least one address or property is associated with the email. For this you need the project management module.
