Tasks

The Tasks section of the sidebar provides a quick overview of your employees’ tasks .

1.) The task that is currently being processed is displayed under Current . The Pause icon deactivates the working time tracking for this task. Clicking on the task opens the detailed view of this task.

2.) Under Start Tracking Favorite , you can start one of your default tasks using the drop-down. If the “Favorite” checkbox is checked in a task, then this task will be displayed here in the drop-down.

3.) In the list on the left, the abbreviations of your employees are listed. Clicking on an abbreviation opens the task list of this employee.

In the center, the ticket number of the task that is being processed is displayed. Click on the ticket number to go directly to the task. Hovering over the ticket number displays the subject of the task.

The number on the right is the number of tasks that the employee currently has in progress and that are not on hold.

4.) Use the “Settings” to select which employees should be displayed in the list.

Color coding in task box

If the setting Colored markings in task box is checked in the user rights in the category “Administrative rights”, the display of the task box changes.

Additionally, it is displayed whether the employee’s working time tracking is active or inactive. Hovering the mouse displays a tooltip with more information about the working time (today’s working time and when the working time was first started). If a ticket is being processed but the working time tracking is not active, this is indicated by a red display of the task number.
