Ordering principle – list of interested parties

With the prospective buyer list you can send a detailed list of suitable prospective buyers for your property to an owner and potential customers.

Notice:

No name of interested parties is displayed, only the search criteria are listed.

Create email interest list

Select the appropriate prospects in the address list and then select “Email – prospect list” under “Write” in the action bar.

The window for composing an e-mail will open. Please enter the recipient and select the template “Mail with list of interested parties” in the folder “General – HTML”.

You still have to adjust some text passages, these are marked in bold and framed with XXX(XXXBriefanredeXXX). Please do not use the _Briefanrede macro, it does not work as expected here.

The template contains the necessary macros to output the search criteria in the e-mail. You can customize the template and also configure the search criteria that will be displayed: The list of possible macros can be found in the macro list (_AdrSuchkriterien…).

Only one search criterion is output per linked address. If more than one search criterion is stored for an address, the first one is taken from the list.

The number of linked prospects for which the search criteria are output is shown at the bottom left. In this case, the interested parties are the addresses you have selected in the list view.

The email will then display an entry of the selected search criteria for each linked prospect.
