SMS
Besides the possibility to send appointment reminders via SMS , in onOffice you can also send an SMS directly to the contact. The cost of shipping will be charged.
Prerequisite for sending SMS is an existing mobile phone number in the contact record.
SMS dispatch
The SMS is sent from the contact record. In the Actions bar under Contact you will find the entry “SMS”. The popup “SMS dispatch” will open, where you can enter everything else.
Country-specific restriction: Providers in Austria and Italy only accept local sender numbers. SMS from other international numbers are blocked.
