Import reports

Suppose your property has been transferred from onOffice to the portal. Unfortunately, this does not guarantee one hundred percent that it has been discontinued.

The portal must now categorize your property and classify it geographically. The latter in particular often leads to errors. If the portal does not accept the property for any reason, it should give you feedback. However, not all portals do this reliably. On the other hand, it is of course a condition that the portal receives an e-mail address from you for import reports.

You should therefore enter an e-mail address in the basic settings of your software to which the portal can send the import reports. This address is sent via most interfaces with each of your properties.
