onOffice has its own servers that register your portal synchronizations and process them one after the other. Normally, this ensures a very fast transfer of your property data.

At certain times, many of the onOffice users transfer their properties to the portals. This can lead to congestion – on Friday afternoons and Monday mornings our job servers register by far the most portal matches. However, the transfer should not take longer than 2 hours.

Your work with onOffice enterprise is not affected by this, you can continue to work with the properties in the usual way. The portal adjustment is executed in the background.
