Direct contact data completion – where and how

To be able to send a contact data completion (i.e. an e-mail), you must have assigned a mailbox . For all contact records in which an e-mail address is stored, there is the option to send a link for contact data completion directly to the customer. The completion can refer to the entire contact, the search criteria, the data for the Money Laundering Act or a combination of these details.

With contact data completion, the customer can also send you files, e.g. a copy of the ID card for the data in accordance with the Money Laundering Act.
To do this, a corresponding field of the type “File” must be created in the Administration and activated for contact data completion.

The uploaded files are also saved in the contact record in the Files tab so that you can view all versions even after deleting/changing the files.

Notice:

You can define the fields that are to be queried in the contact data completion in the administration in the “Input fields” tab via the “AV” column or under the “Search criteria” tab. To do this, simply place a tick in the corresponding field in the “AV” column.

Call up contact data completion

In the contact record, please open the “Further actions” entry in the action bar and click on “Contact data completion”.

This opens the pop-up for sending the contact data completion. The adjustment to your requirements is explained in detail in the chapter “Direct contact data completion – Settings / Dispatch“.
