Multi-Object modul

If a property is created as a unit or assigned to a master object, the master object is displayed in the “Master object” category in the basic data and the “Units” tab is added.
For easier differentiation, the property “Unit” is displayed on the left for units in the properties details – analogous to “Master object” in master objects.

Grunddaten einer Einheit

You can control the display of units in lists and assignments. There is a corresponding selection option in the dialogs or the configuration for this purpose.

We recommend to activatethe field “Keyword” in the “Technical data” of the “Multi-Object-module” in the properties. The keyword could be e.g. a project name and is passed on to newly created units.
The big advantage of the field is that it can be used, for example, in Quicksearch when searching in the ImmoNr. field. This gives you a list of results that only includes the master object and the units of this “construction project”

A unit can not only be assigned in the master object, a master object can also be assigned from a property – as long as the property is not already a master object. To do this, call >> Assign master object in the action bar. In the following dialog box, you can select the master object.
Immobilien Zuordnung

With the checkbox “Transfer master object data” the defined data is transferred from the master object to the unit.

After clicking on “Assign”, a query appears asking whether the external properties number should be adapted to the scheme for units.

If the option “Owner of units is identical” is active in the owner box, the owners of the affected units are replaced by the owners specified in the master object.

In the case of published properties, however, this will not be changed in order not to lose the connection to the property in the portal. You receive a message to this effect

The master object is displayed in the Basic data tab in the “Master object” category. There you can use the small red X next to its properties number to delete the assignment. The same applies to the tab “Units”, where the red X can also be used to solve the assignment. Of course the assignment of a unit can also be solved in the master object

The “Units” tab is also displayed in the units themselves. In contrast to the master object, however, no units can be added/assigned here and no changes to the values are possible. This is only possible in the master object itself. The editing penBearbeiten Symbol above the table takes you directly to the tab “Units” in the master object.

Einheiten als Tab
In the unit, you can also switch between the table views and the graphical view. Please select the desired view Graphic / Tables top right. Via the “Options” button you can hide / show e.g. archived, sold or marketed units in the lists

If there are several very similar units, not every unit should be published in the portal. The master object can be published as a model object in the portal, but you can also create a unit as a portal model – for example, a model for the attic apartments, one for the corner apartments, one for the other apartments, and one for the ground floor apartments with garden. For each pattern you can insert appropriate images and floor plans and publish them on the portals

The units inherit their languages from the master object, since no new languages can be created in units. If a new language is created in the master object, it is created directly in all units. ATTENTION no texts are translated automatically.
If a property only becomes a unit after languages have been created, the languages of the master object are created in addition to or in addition to those already existing
