The tool creates professional real estate texts for you in no time at all. To do this, it automatically uses the relevant information from your real estate data records. Add more information if you wish, give the AI new instructions or give the texts the finishing touches – you always have full control.

Simplyactivate the onOffice AI Writer free of charge here in the Marketplace.

Use – Default settings

To access the service, go to the data record of the desired property. You will find the Marketplace icon at the bottom right of the action bar. Select the desired function of our AI Writer from the menu. You can choose between “Create property description”, “Create fixtures and fittings text”, “Create location description” and “Create other details”.

A pop-up window opens. Here you first make various settings.

In the “Free text” drop-down menu, you have the option of switching between the descriptions at this point. Here, too, you can choose between “Property description”, “Features”, “Location description” and “Other information”.

Select the type of wording in the “Writing style” drop-down menu. The available options are “formal”, “youthful” and “bullet point”.

Use the “Imagination” slider to set how creative our text creation service can be. The slider to the left means less creative and to the right means very creative.

The “Language (property)” area is relevant if you create properties in multiple languages. If you have selected “English” under “Multilingualism” in the real estate data record and started the AI Writer from there, the tool will show you this at this point.

In the “Property data / instruction” text field, you can see the relevant properties that our AI Writer automatically obtains from the data record depending on the category. You also have the option of entering additional information or individual instructions that the tool should take into account when generating the texts.

By clicking on the “Generate proposal” button, the AI Writer starts the process and creates an initial text proposal for you within seconds.

Usage – customization and saving

Does the proposal meet your expectations? Super! Click on the “Save free text” button to transfer the description directly to the corresponding field in your real estate data record.

The text does not yet match your requirements? No problem! There are several ways to change it.

1. Make individual and free adjustments to the description yourself directly in the text field. For example, change individual words or entire passages exactly as you want them.

2. In the “Update change request / proposal” field, enter an instruction to the AI Writer, which will make the adjustments accordingly by clicking on “Send change request”. For example, tell them that the text should be more detailed or that only individual sections should be changed. The tool then creates a new proposal based on your input.

3. By clicking on the arrow icon “Generate new proposal without change request”, our AI Writer creates a completely new text based on your default settings. It does not take into account previously entered change requests

4. You don’t like the text at all? Then use the “Reset” button to go back to the beginning and change your default settings. All previous AI Writer suggestions and your customizations will be deleted.

As with many other AI tools, it may take a few prompts and runs before you get the perfect result. Just try it out and you’ll get the hang of it in no time. Have fun discovering!
