PROPUP – Digital form & workflow management

Service description

With the PROPUP platform, you can easily digitize your forms and customer processes. Conveniently prepare and digitally sign brokerage orders, viewing certificates, rental and purchase offers and handover reports and make them available to your customers immediately. With the customer portal, your customers have all the information they need at a glance.

Service call

You need your own PROPUP account to be able to use the service in enterprise.

Open the service from a property via the entry in the marketplace menu of the action bar(PROPUP >> Export to PROPUP).

Then log in to PROPUP via the service pop-up.

From a property, you export the property and all customer data linked to the property to PROPUP via the entry in the marketplace menu of the action bar(PROPUP >> Export to PROPUP).

Individual customer data cannot be exported without being linked to a property.

System field “PROPUP access (mobile)”

If you synchronize a property in the PROPUP service, a link to this property is written in the “PROPUP access (mobile)” field under “Details >> Administration”. You can also call up PROPUP services (e.g. the handover protocol in the app) directly from the onOffice app on your smartphone, so that you can use them on site or on the move, for example.

Note Safari

When using the Safari browser, please open the Safari settings (top left) and uncheck the following boxes.

In the “Data protection” tab, remove the tick next to “Prevent cross-site tracking”.

In the “Advanced” tab, uncheck “Block all cookies”.
