finioo – Application folder

Service description

Finioo checks all the necessary documents in the application process for prospective buyers and tenants, including salary statements, bank statements and other documents depending on the applicant’s profession. The relevant data is automatically filtered out of these documents and compiled in a clear, comparable and legitimate applicant folder for the broker.

With Finioo, brokers and applicants benefit from numerous advantages.

Data protection and privacy:
Finioo protects the sensitive documents of rental and purchase applicants by only transmitting necessary information such as the account balance, but not complete account statements or identification documents such as passports or ID cards. In this way, brokers receive the relevant data for credit checks without having direct access to private documents.

Bureaucracy and fraud prevention:
The system handles bureaucratic steps automatically and at the same time reduces the risk of fraud, which is often difficult for the human eye to detect.

Optimized comparability:
All applicant data is clearly summarized so that you can compare tenants or buyers at a glance at any time and select the right ones.

Service call

You open the service via the Marketplace menu under “finioo >> Application folder”.

Create advertisement

First, create an advertisement for the application process via “Connect the advertisement with Finioo”.

On the following overview page you will find all the important information about the property and the applicants. Then send the application link to your applicants. Click on “Application link” to open the link. Use the icon to the right of “Application link” to copy the link to the clipboard.

Procedure for applicants

The applicant fills out the form in just a few steps.

In the next steps, personal data, income and other details are requested.

Applicant folder

Once the applicant has submitted the form, the documents are checked within a few seconds. You will then receive all the necessary information in a single report.

Ranking list and selection of applicants

You can download and view the applicants’ reports directly on the overview page.
