How to open CASAFARI:

1. Navigate to the Marketplace in the top menu bar.
2. Click on “Casa Safari LDA”.
3. Select CASAFARI Meta Search from the list

3. how to use the CASAFARI AI property search

1. Open the meta search tool: After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to the meta search page.

2. You can find the search bar in the top navigation bar.

3. Enter your search query:

• A city (e.g. “Berlin”)
• A street (e.g. “Reichenberger Straße”)
• A postal code (e.g. “10999”)
• A telephone number (e.g. estate agent telephone number)

4. To narrow down the search results, adjust the filters below the top navigation bar.

5. Press the enter key or click on the search symbol.

What can you search for?

At CASAFARI you can search according to the following criteria:

1. Go to the map view on the property search page.
2. Click on the drawing tool (✏️).
3. Outline the desired area with the mouse.
4. Release the mouse to complete the shape and apply the search filter.

This is ideal for defining user-defined boundaries such as neighborhoods or investment zones.

What are FSBO offers?

FSBO (For Sale by Owner) refers to advertisements published directly by property owners without the involvement of an agency. These are often referred to as private listings on the CASAFARI platform.

How to search for FSBO offers

You can search specifically for private sales (FSBO) by using the filters in the property search. This is how it works:

1. Use the filter field – PRIVATE / MAKER
2. Choose one of the following options:

Private listings	Advertisements are only published by the owner
Private + Agency	Advertisements that were initially private and were later taken over by an agency
Ex-Private + Agency	Advertisements that were initially private but are now only published by agencies

Apply additional filters if required (location, price, typology, etc.).

CASAFARI allows you to refine your property search by including or excluding specific real estate agencies.
This is particularly useful for professionals who want to monitor a competitor’s portfolio or avoid duplicate listings from a particular agency.

How to use it

1. Go to the page “Property search”.
2. Use the “Private / Real estate agent” section in the filter area.
3. Use:

• “only” to display only entries from a specific agency.
• “properties this” to remove entries from the selected agency.

4. Use:

• The Checkbox “Exclusive”to search for properties that are only offered by the specified estate agent.
• The checkbox “Not exclusive”to search for properties that are not only advertised by the specified estate agent (but also by others).

You can enter the name of the agency directly in each of the fields.

7. Search for bank properties on CASAFARI

Use CASAFARI’s advanced filter to find offers for foreclosed or distressed properties directly from the banks.

This is how you access the filter:

1. Navigate to the page “Property procurement”.
2. Select the “Private | Real estate agent” tab.
3. Scroll to the “Bank” section in the filter area.
4. Activate the checkbox for bank properties.

Why use this filter?

By filtering for bank properties you can:

• Focus on offers directly from financial institutions.
• Find potentially undervalued assets or properties with favorable financing options.
• Avoid traditional real estate agent offers when looking for specific bank offers.

8. Synchronization with onOffice

All relevant property and lead data can be synchronized with just one click:

• New properties and private seller leads (FSBO) are exported at the touch of a button.

• “You can also view new properties and private seller leads (FSBO) on the property page and export them using the export button.”

• The data flows directly into your property in onOffice.
• Saving AI-generated content: As soon as you generate AI property descriptions and market details, these are automatically saved on the property page. (Notice: These are not created automatically by default; you have to generate them yourself beforehand.)

This keeps your database consistent, up-to-date and ready for acquisition.
