You can call up the service from the property via the action bar.

1. Create rooms

Click on “Create new room”.
Select the appropriate category for the room you want to create:
- Living space (e.g. living room, bedroom)
- Subareas (e.g. balcony – 25 %, unheated conservatory – 50 %)
- Usable space (e.g. cellar, garage, attic)
Name the room precisely, e.g. “Living room ground floor” (can also be changed later).

2. Capture basic shape & dimensions

Click on “Open” for the room.
Select the basic shape (rectangle, trapezoid, triangle, etc.).
Check the displayed dimension instructions (What dimensions are required?).
Enter the measured values exactly in the input fields.

Special feature sloping roofs:

<1 m height → 0 % living space
1-2 m height → 50 % living space
2 m height → 100 % living space

3. Record room parts & deductions

For L-shaped or complex rooms → create an additional room section.
Enter non-chargeable areas (e.g. chimney shafts, supports) as deductions.

4. Organize rooms

After creating all rooms → General overview.
Rename and sort rooms (adjust order).

5. Specify author data & recipient

Enter the creator (private person/company, optionally with logo upload).
Optional: Specific recipient data (e.g. specifically for the bank, buyer, financier).

6. Enter property data

Address of the property, property type (condominium, house), apartment number, location.
Optional: Upload a photo of the property.

7. Further information

Purpose of the calculation.
Measuring instrument (e.g. laser measuring device) or source (e.g. as-built floor plans).
Optional: Enter the old living space (to calculate the difference).

8. Summary & audit

Open a preview of the calculation.
Check that all rooms, dimensions, categories and deductions are correct.
Carry out a plausibility check.

9. Finalization & Export

Conclude the summary.
Export calculation as PDF and save.
