In this list view you have an overview of currently running processes of a selected user or, depending on user rights, of an entire group. These are the processes that are currently started and are still being processed . There you can see the ID of the individual processes, the status (due, waiting) that indicates whether a step is currently to be executed or whether the process is in a waiting state, the process name, the process owner, and which real estate and address data record is linked to this process.

You can also search for specific processes. To do this, enter the name of the process template in the ‘Find Process’ field. As soon as the input begins, suggestions will be made

The Completed Processes tab shows the processes that have been successfully completed.

You can also search for specific processes. To do this, enter the name of the process template in the ‘Find Process’ field. As soon as the input begins, suggestions will be made.

The Cancelled Processes tab displays all processes that were canceled. A user right is required to cancel processes. More information on aborting process steps can be found under Abort and Skip Process.

You can also search for specific processes. To do this, enter the name of the process template in the ‘Find Process’ field. As soon as the input begins, suggestions will be made

The last tab Process Templates lists sample processes and the existing templates. Only after a process template has been created and activated can a process be started from this template. Here you also have the option of editing existing process templates at a later date. To do this, open it either with a double-click in a new pop-up window or with a right mouse click on the “Edit” symbol and then, after selection, e.g. in a new tab. You can now edit or optimize the template.
