ALPHA – Energy performance certificates

With ALPHA, you can create energy performance certificates for residential and non-residential buildings flexibly and from any location.
Select the certificate you require and then click on the “To order” button.

The service is called up directly from the property by clicking on in the lower action bar.

Now start filling out the form. Each field with an “*” is a mandatory field and must be filled in. Otherwise it will not be possible to continue. If you overlook a mandatory field but try to continue, the corresponding fields will turn red.

Each input field is marked with a small “i”, which contains an additional explanation of the respective field.

In addition, the system uses blue signs in the background to draw attention to entries that seem very unlikely at first glance. These entries do not necessarily have to be changed, but are only used for rechecking.

In addition, an AI supports data entry in the background. Using the heating image, the system can, for example, immediately recognize the type of heating, the year of construction and the energy source used.

As soon as all mandatory fields have been filled in, a preview can be requested before the final creation. This shows the finished energy performance certificate within a few seconds before it is officially ordered and offers the option of making further adjustments.
