Action Set status

You can change the status of a data set in a process automatically.
By clicking the action “Set status” the following mask appears:

The following input options are available here:

Type
Here you define what type of records you are dealing with: “Property” or “contact”
Status
Here please enter the new status that the contact / property should receive.

Notice:

Special case: Archive published properties / set to inactive:
If a property is published in a portal, the status cannot be archived or set to inactive (or to a state corresponding to archived or inactive).
In this case, the automatic process step is converted into a manual one.
The step appears in the process owner’s process list with a hint icon.
